Shipping Information – Eternity Men

DETAILS:

We are happy to exchange any unworn shirt returned in a saleable condition. It’s original packaging with its receipt claimed within 07 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in an unused condition (Like new), with the pricing label protected the same as before. Sale items are not qualified for exchange.

Please note that the product colors may slightly differ due to photographic lighting origins or your screen settings. Thus, products will not exchange for these kinds of reasons.

Furthermore, please be advised that only the shirt is for sale. Any spare fabric, flourishes, cosmetics, and anything else exploited during shoots will not be delivered with the products.

There is no additional charge other than the delivery charge to exchange items for a different size; however, all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Exchange for any item is allowed, and if any additional cost occurs upon COD or on top of the article, it shall be paid by the customer.

We are not offering any courier service/ shipment settlement if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our agent.

We shall not consider any claims concerning refunds if the customer refuses to accept the order package at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit shall be charged against the denied parcel once it arrives back in our stock.

We request our beloved customers only to place orders from our official website www.eternitymen.com or any official social media platforms to get authentic products at genuine rates. We highly dissuade purchasing items from unofficial resellers, individuals, or social media pages.

REFUND:

We currently have no refund policy. However, if the product is out of stock or if the product is in a faulty condition, refunds are available. We will refund your credit back to you with your original payment method within around two weeks of being processed. It might take up to two or three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. The shipping and courier services costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You can cancel your orders that haven’t been processed and entered into the shipping process yet. Contrariwise, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your package’s tracking information. In this example, our Exchange policy will apply. We reserve the right to cancel your orders for any reason, including unavailability of stock, payment declination by your authorized payment establishment, or pricing imprecisions.
